Vitale Makes His NHL Debute In Penguins Exhibition Win

Former St. Louis Jr. Blues forward, Joe Vitale, made his NHL debute last night as the Pittsburgh Penguins opened their exhibition season against the Columbus Blue Jackets.  Vitale logged almost 10 minutes of ice time and took a 2:00 Hooking penalty in the game.  He also helped kill a penalty for the Pens.  Jr. Blues Head Coach, Jack Behan commented, \”We are extremely proud of Joe and all that he has accomplished.  He is one of the hardest workers to ever play for us and has succeeded at every level he has played.  We wish Joe the best, and hope to see him in a Penguins uniform in the regular season.\”
