THE RECAP: St. Louis split their last series back on Halloween weekend, picking up a 5-3 win over Oregon on Halloween before losing an overtime heartbreaker 3-2 on Sunday. For his excellent performance across the series (3 G, 1 A), Joey Solimando picked up the NA3HL/Bauer Central Division Star of the Week award for the week of October 31.

SCHEDULE CHANGES: The Jr. Blues have announced new dates for several games that have been postponed this season. The two-game series against Wausau, originally scheduled for the weekend of November 7, has now been split up across two weekends: one make-up game will be played on December 13 at 4:10pm as part of a three-game set, while another will be played on January 17 at 3:10pm following the Jr. Blues’ scheduled series at Rochester. The home game against Milwaukee, originally scheduled for October 18, will now be played at Affton on Friday, Feburary 12, at a 7pm start time. The other games of that series, scheduled for Febuary 13 and 14, will now be 1pm face-offs.

SCOUTING THE POWER: Milwaukee comes into this weekend off a split series at Wausau, falling 3-2 on Friday night before rebounding with a 6-1 drubbing of the Riverwolves on Saturday. Forward Teddy Marion has paced the Power attack with six goals and nine assists in 12 games, including a pair of markers in Saturday’s win. Since the Jr. Blues last saw Milwaukee, they have picked up several new forwards who should be no strangers to playing against St. Louis—Max Erstad started the year with Rochester and played in both games of the Jr. Blues’ first road-trip of the season, Steven Delikat is a veteran of the Central Division with the old Wisconsin Whalers, while Logan Drolet is expected to re-join the Power this weekend after playing for the club last season.
