AT AFFTON: The Blues hosted the Rochester Grizzlies Feb. 4-5 at Affton Ice Rink. The team hosts Oregon Feb. 18-19 and Milwaukee Feb. 25-26 to close the 2021-22 home schedule. 

DAPRON NAMED TO TOP PROSPECTS TOURNEY: Jr. Blues forward Jack Dapron was selected to the 2022 NA3HL Top Prospects Tournament Feb. 7-8 in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. He played on Team Black at the four-team event under the direction of head coach Darryl Locke (Northeastern Generals) and assistant coach Nick Bruneteau (Mason City Toros). Dapron registered 2 assists in 2 games at the event. 

SCOUTING THE TRADESMEN: Oregon is third in the Central Division and has clinched a playoff spot. The team is currently 8 points behind second-place Peoria and 17 points in front of fourth-place Wausau. The Blues and Tradesmen have met six times this season. The Blues are currently 2-3-1 vs. the Tradesmen and won the last series between the two teams Nov. 5-6 three points to two. The series featured an OT game on Nov. 5 (4-3 Oregon win) and a 3-2 shootout win Nov. 6. Gus Immken scored the winner in the shootout victory. The team also defeated Oregon 3-0 in Oregon October 22.
