Jr. Blues Host Peoria For First Time This Season

St. Louis Jr. Blues (6-22-1-2, 15 points) vs. Peoria Mustangs (19-9-2-1, 41 points)

GAME DATES AND TIMES:  Two-game series, Saturday, Jan. 15 at 8:30 pm and Sunday Jan. 16 at 2:30 pm

BACK HOME: The Jr. Blues will return home vs. the Peoria Mustangs on Jan. 15-16. Game 1 will be played at 8:30 pm and Game 2 will be played at 2:30 pm. The Blues are coming off a tough shootout loss (4-3) at Wausau on Jan. 8. The squad dropped both in Wausau. The Blues are 1-3 vs. Peoria this year. This is the first time they have met the Mustangs at home this year. 

NA3HL SHOWCASE: The Jr. Blues went 1-2 at the NA3HL Showcase in Blaine, MN Dec. 20-22. The Blues scored a win vs. the Louisiana Drillers by a final of 7-1. 

This season marked the 11th year the NA3HL held a league-wide Showcase, which features some of the best junior talent in the United States. The event was played in cooperation with the seventh NAPHL event of the season, which took place from December 17-20, 2021, at the Super Rink and included the NAPHL 16U and 18U All-Star games on Sunday, December 19th.
