The St. Louis Jr. Blues would like to congratulate staffer Matt Kenyon, who has been tapped to write about the Czech national junior team as part of 12OZ Sports’ coverage of the upcoming World Junior Championships.
Kenyon has been part of the Jr. Blues’ staff since 2018, working on social media as well as filling in on commentary. In addition, he has worked for Lindenwood University’s women’s and men’s hockey teams as a commentator while attending that school.
The Czechs will be hosting this year’s tournament in the cities of Ostrava and Trinec: a Czech representative team recently finished fourth at the World Junior A Challenge, an important tune-up event held annually in Canada.
