The Jr. Blues highest scoring defenseman from last season has signed with the Janesville Jets of the NAHL. Adam Roeder had an outstanding year with the Jr. Blues after being a late cut from Janesville. Head Coach Chris Flaugher said, "Adam brought and offensive threat from the blueline and made things happen offensively for us last year. He is strong, both physically and on the puck. After playing her for a season, you could see his confidence grow every week and that was the one thing he probably lacked at that level."
Roeder finished the season with 40 points in 53 games, playing some of his best hockey in the playoffs. Flaugher continued, "Trying to replace Adam on the blue line will be tough, especially with his speed, but we wish him the best in Janesville!"
