St. Louis falls to Point Mallard in overtime, 4-3 (OT)

Point Mallard\’s Josh Hamilton scored 37 seconds into overtime to beat St. Louis, 4-3 (OT).

Hamilton had a great game for Point Mallard, netting two goals.

Point Mallard kept St. Louis\’ goalie busy throughout the game, and Zach Young made 44 saves on 48 shots.

Others who scored for Point Mallard included Jake Cox and Justin Clark, who scored one goal each. Other players who recorded assists for Point Mallard were Stephen Coulter, Cody Thomas, and Justin Dunn, who each chipped in one.

St. Louis could not produce up to its normal offensive output. St. Louis averages 5.6 goals per game. St. Louis forced Point Mallard goalie Cooper Seedott to work between the pipes, taking 43 shots.
